Sandra Tigini is a twin sister of Kasandra Tigini. She lives at Nsawam with her parents and has four other siblings. Her father is a peasant farmer and her mother is unemployed. Sandra and her sister are friendly and enjoy walking to school together. She has four other siblings who attend different schools. Just like her sister Kasandra, she also has the vision of becoming a medical doctor in future.
