Professionally, Chelsea has served in key roles with multilateral institutions, global NGOs, and education initiatives—developing content, coordinating programs, and leading research efforts that translate complex global issues into accessible, actionable solutions. From analyzing the gendered impacts of displacement to facilitating student trainings on diplomacy and sustainable development, Chelsea’s work always returns to one central question: How can systems be transformed to better reflect and serve the communities they claim to support? Today, Chelsea continues to carve pathways that center voice, accountability, and dignity—crafting narratives and strategies that bring policy closer to people, and people closer to power.
